I've used this in my M&P 2.0 40 cal pistol. Never once had and FTF or anything else

I have a new Sig 226 and fired a partial box of this. Had a lot of issues with shells not ejecting or feeding. Changed over to other types of ammo and no issues feeding or ejecting. Will pass on this in the future.
