9mm FLOBERT

The 9mm Flobert will most certainly not work in a 9mm pistol or carbine. It is an extremely weak shotshell, albeit one with a rimfire primer and brass case. The 9mm Flobert is so anemic that many anti-gun European governments allow their subjects to have it. A terrible choice for medium game or home defense. A great pick for defending your garden against gnawing menaces!
