Manufactured using Speer’s proprietary Uni-Cor construction, this personal protection ammunition virtually eliminates the threat of core/jacket separation. Each .44 Magnum cartridge is loaded with a 240 grain Gold Dot Hollow Point (GDHP) projectile. These jacketed hollow points are formed in two stages. First, the core is pre-fluted to determine consistent fault lines. This design ensures reliable expansion while retaining projectile weight. The second step of the process finishes the hollow point cavity to produce controlled expansion in soft tissue.

This factory fresh ammunition is non-corrosive, boxer primed, and features clean-burning propellants to produce optimal velocities and consistent chamber pressures. Leaving the muzzle at a velocity of 1400 feet per second, each round generates 1044 foot pounds of muzzle energy. Rounds are loaded in nickel-plated brass cases to ensure smooth and reliable feeding and extraction. Each box contains 20 rounds.
