20rds – 223 Rem Speer Gold Dot 75gr. SP Ammo Details

This 223 Rem cartridge from Speer’s Gold Dot line of ammunition is perfect to chamber in the AR-15 you keep on hand for personal defense. Its 75 grain projectile features a jacket that has been electrochemically bonded to its alloyed lead core via Speer’s Uni-Cor process, which ensures uniform jacket thickness for great accuracy as well as the virtual elimination of core/jacket separation during penetration. This bullet’s soft core is exposed at its tip so that it may deform and tumble within a soft target to provide debilitating terminal performance not unlike that of a hollow point projectile -- for that reason, this is not a wholly inappropriate choice of ammo for hunting as well.

These cartridges’ brass casings are nickel plated, which means they are exceptionally resistant to corrosion, feed and eject reliably in semi-automatic weapons, and are more easily visible in low light environments. Their carefully measured clean burning propellant loads ensure consistent chamber pressures and muzzle velocities, and their sensitive CCI primers ignite reliably. Put nothing to chance when it comes to your well-being -- see for yourself why Speer is so many law enforcement professionals’ favorite brand of ammunition by ordering this box of hard-hitting cartridges today!

Great price and fast delivery on one of if not the best self defense/hunting loads for the .223, and they group nice to boot! 1 MOA at 100 yards out of my 1-7 twist barrel. The Hogs better beware!

Flawless function and nice groups out of the three rifles I’ve tried it in; I can’t wait to see how it performs on hogs.

Great stuff, the best soft point for a 1:7 twist rifle. My Remington 700 makes quick work of pesky hogs with this round.
