This is 40 S&W Federal Law Enforcement Reclassified 135gr. HST Hollow Point Ammo. This was a special order by a police department that ultimately did not take delivery of the ammo. Since this ammo is not a standard stock item for Federal they had the reclassify the ammo for civilian use and collect the excise tax. The sticker on the box is only there to prove that federal paid excise tax on the ammo. This is the next generation in high performance Defense ammunition.
