20rds - 7.62 x 51 Federal XM62 146gr. Tactical Long Range Tracer

Federal Ammunition 146 Grain Tracer Ammo Details

20 Rounds of Federal 7.62x51 XM62 146 Grain Tactical Long Range Tracer

This mil-spec, orange-tipped tracer ammo begins tracing at 200 yards. Produced by Federal Ammunition, these M62 7.62x51mm NATO tracers feature new, unfired Lake City brass casings. All Lake City brass is head stamped with an 08 and 09.

All 20 rounds are polymer coated for smooth feeding, function, and extraction. Each round is loaded with a 146 grain, orange tipped full metal jacket tracer projectile. By utilizing chemical compounds which burn brightly upon firing, leaving a visible trail, these rounds make the projectile trajectory visible to the naked eye during daylight or nighttime firing. The bright tracer tail allows the shooter to make instant aiming corrections, even when he is unable to observe the impact of the rounds.

Manufactured in the U.S., this military surplus ammo may be discolored due to the annealing process.

Each of these rounds produces a consistent muzzle velocity of 2735 feet per second and a muzzle energy of 2485 foot pounds. Reliable and affordable, these loads are perfect for recreational or tactical long range shooting.
