This match grade .22 LR ammunition from Federal's Gold Medal series delivers consistent accuracy far beyond what cheap "plinking" ammo is capable of. These rounds come in boxes of 50 and fire a 40 grain solid bullet at 1,080 feet per second. This "standard velocity" load is preferred for competitive shooting due to its inherent accuracy; being subsonic, it also works well with suppressed firearms. Federal Gold Medal Match ammo is loaded in Anoka, Minnesota.
