This .308 ammunition is manufactured by JSC Barnaul Machine-Tool Plant. Located in Russia, Barnaul is one of the largest manufacturers of small arms ammunition in the country. Supplying most of the ammunition needs of the Russian military, Barnaul rounds deliver quality and reliability in every cartridge.
Each of these rounds is loaded with a 140 grain soft point projectile which fires at a muzzle velocity of 2759 feet per second with 2366 foot pounds of energy. An affordable option for target shooting, it is also an effective round for hunting whitetail deer, wild boar, and other similarly sized game animals.
This ammunition is 100 percent non-corrosive and the berdan primer is sealed for moisture protection. Packed in 20 round boxes, this case contains a full 1000 rounds and is great for long term storage or high-volume shooting.
