Frangible

Frangible 380 ammunition is an interesting concept as these rounds are designed to expand rapidly on contact and actually breaks apart. This limits penetration in most cases, but modern technology has made it possible for the frangible ammo to both penetrate and break apart. Frangible ammunition allows the diminutive 380 acp to be a real fight stopper and is ideal for use in close-quarters combat situations or training where the threat of ricochet is especially high.
