I wanted to try Eley ammo to see if I could tell any difference compared to my regular ammo, CCI Mini-Mag. I was not able to see any difference in accuracy compared to CCI Mini-Mags. The Eley Edge ammo fired with no issues, but I was not able to see any benefit using this higher cost ammo with the type of shooting that I participate in. (Steel Challenge and bowling pin shoots)

This is one of those items that have a rather detailed explanation of development and expected performance accompanying it. Read it thoroughly as I cannot find anything misleading or excessively braggartly after having gone through two boxes of the ammunition. I did side by side comparison (on sight-in targets) at fifty yards at my private back-yard range using my highly customized 10/22 both suppressed and unsuppressed. The degree of accuracy was unexpected even when compared with traditional high grade ammunition. Your potential is strictly controlled by your abilities. I will next see how it stacks-up against Eley Biathlon.
I am an old guy (70 +) who has been shooting over fifty years with experience and training coming from both military and law enforcement. This is a very high quality round with it's limitations governed only by the skill of the marksman. As long as you run a "Hoppe's" patch down the barrel every fifty rounds or so You should not be disappointed.
"Ammunition to Go" had the best price at my time of purchase, and having done business with them for some time now this purchase for this particular cartridge was smooth as silk. This is one man's opinion.
