Black Bear ammunition by Barnaul features non-corrosive Berdan primers, non-reloadable steel casings, and brass-jacketed bullets; unlike their bi-metal offerings, the brass material causes fewer sparks on indoor bullet traps and outdoor steel targets. While the steel casings are not reloadable, they are highly affordable and have been successfully used to supply Eastern military units for decades.
