Hornady Ammunition 147 Grain ELD Match Ammo Details

This 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge features Hornady’s own 147 grain ELD Match projectile. The bullet represents a culmination of features which heighten its accuracy to a great degree, making it a perfect selection for match shooting. The ELD Match’s boat tail design raises its ballistic coefficient in order to flatten its trajectory, grant it resistance against wind drift, and let it maintain a greater amount of its velocity downrange. The bullet’s secant ogive profile substantially decreases the amount of drag it creates in-flight, and its concentric AMP jacket gives it remarkable rotational stability. The ELD Match further features a Heat Shield tip that is immune to warping as the result of air resistance, so it always maintains its symmetrical meplat.

These 200 rounds further offer casings that were specially selected for their identicality to one another. Each of them has been subjected to Hornady’s scrutinous quality assurance program before shipping out of Nebraska, so you can be certain that they will all perform just as well as one another.
