This 9x18 Makarov Silver Bear ammunition is manufactured by JSC Barnaul Machine-Tool Plant in Barnaul, Altai Krai, Russia. Silver Bear ammunition gets its name from the distinctive polished zinc plating on the steel casings. This plating ensures smooth and reliable feeding and function in a variety of firearms.
Each round is loaded with a 94 grain projectile featuring a lead core and bi-metal jacket. Leaving the muzzle at a velocity of 1000 feet per second, these projectiles pack a solid 209 foot pounds of muzzle energy.
