As part of the Non-Typical Whitetail line, these .30-30 Winchester cartridges are expressly designed to deliver quick, humane drops on America's favorite antlered creatures. Federal designs this and other unique product brands using nearly nine decades in manufacturing experience during which they have become one of the most trusted names in law enforcement organizations as well as among professional competition shooters.

Each of these rounds fires a 170-grain soft point projectile with a round nose that is safe for storage in tubular magazines used by lever action guns. The heavy weight of the bullet helps deliver serious terminal energy during final impact while the bullet's secant ogive and concentric copper jacket cut down on in-flight deviation in order to improve accuracy. The bullet's exposed lead tip promotes reliable expansion while preventing over-penetration. Federal completes the load using reloadable brass casings and non corrosive Boxer primers.
