Tula Ammo 55 Grain Hollow Point Ammo Details

The Tula Cartridge Works is a Russian weapon manufacturer founded in 1880 by Emperor Alexander II. One of the world’s most significant producers of small-arms ammunition, Tula combines centuries of experience with cutting-edge research and technology to meet the specific needs of the modern shooter.

This package contains 20 rounds of Tula .223 ammunition. Each round is loaded with a 55 grain hollow point projectile featuring a bimetal jacket and a soft lead core. This construction results in excellent ballistics characteristics. An ideal option for hunting, target practice, and backyard plinking, these rounds are rugged, reliable, and affordable.

This ammunition is Berdan primed, non-corrosive, and loaded in polymer steel cases. Capable of keeping its qualities under extreme temperatures (from -4 degrees to 122 degrees Fahrenheit) these rounds are perfect for long-term storage. Each round produces a consistent muzzle velocity of 3241 feet per second.

Ran about 200 rounds through my S&W over the weekend. No problems. Seemed clean enough and shot about as accurate as I'd expect from cheap stuff. Will pick up more.
