1000rds – 9mm GECO 115gr. TMJ Ammo

Dynamit Nobel (Geco) 115 Grain Total Metal Jacket (TMJ) Ammo Details

Do you prefer firing your 9mm handgun or carbine at indoor ranges? Don’t let a poorly ventilated enclosed space expose you to any more aerosolized lead than it needs to – GECO’s TMJ ammo promotes a healthier shooting environment!

This round’s 115 grain projectile is completely enveloped in copper alloy. Whereas an FMJ bullet’s core is exposed to the intense heat of ignition, a TMJ’s core will not deform or vaporize after you pull the trigger. That promotes greater accuracy as the bullet’s profile remains intact, and of course limits your exposure to toxic heavy metal.

GECO is a German company which often loads ammunition in Europe, but this particular 9mm ammo is made in America. It utilizes uniform brass cases, propellant charges and sealed non-corrosive primers to deliver reliable cycling and consistent ballistics. Just take care that TMJ ammo is not advisable for ported barrels or firearms that are equipped with ported compensators, as their little holes may shave off and deflect a sliver of copper jacket.
