Their close relationships with many Italian firearm manufacturers alongside nearly 140 years of experience has made them one of the world's most recognized names in sporting ammunition, especially premium shotshells.These 9x19mm cartridges are assembled using reliable, clean-burning Fiocchi primers fitted into reloadable brass casings which are topped with 124 grain complete metal jacket (CMJ) projectiles. CMJ bullets are copper-plated* for cost efficiency and sometimes labeled as "lead-safe" due to being completely covered with no lead exposed to hot gases. This reduces firearm fouling while making extended indoor range sessions less toxic for the shooter. 124 grains is a common weight for NATO-spec 9mm loads and offers a compromise between smooth cycling impulse and light felt recoil.
*Copper-plated bullets are not suggested for use in ported barrels, as the ports can sheer copper off and cause excessive fouling and eventual malfunction.
