Ammo Inc. Streak 9mm ammo makes target shooting more fun than ever! This round’s 124 grain total metal jacket bullet glows green in flight, so you can watch it zip downrange in real time while you’re firing in low-light and indoor environments.Is the Streak bullet incendiary? Not in the slightest! This cartridge’s bullet doesn’t generate heat, and it’s just as likely to start a fire as any normal TMJ or FMJ. The bottom of the bullet simply wears a thin coating of special reflective material, which reacts to the bright light produced by muzzle flash by reflecting green light back toward the shooter.
Even if it couldn’t glow green, this round’s TMJ would still prove invaluable for indoor range use. Unlike a standard FMJ, the TMJ’s lead core is completely encapsulated by its jacket. In effect the TMJ promotes a cleaner barrel and cleaner lungs by preventing the aerosolization of lead throughout ignition.
