Quality practice ammunition is expensive, but shooting is a perishable skill that requires regular practice to develop and maintain. Blazer ammunition provides an affordable option for practice. These loads are easy on your wallet but do not compromise on performance. Blazer uses heat-treated, aircraft-grade aluminum to manufacture affordable cartridge cases. Because the case is the most expensive component in any cartridge, these sturdy aluminum cases allow Blazer to produce a quality cartridge with all the reliability and performance you would expect from brass-cased ammo, only at a fraction of the cost.
Each of these factory fresh .40 Smith & Wesson rounds is loaded with a clean-shooting total metal jacket (TMJ) projectile. Manufactured by Speer, these 180 grain bullets feature a lead core fully encapsulated by a tough copper jacket. Because these projectiles have zero exposed lead, they reduce lead exposure and provide a safer practice option for indoor range training.
This package contains 50 rounds of CCI Blazer Clean-Fire ammunition. Each round produces a consistent muzzle velocity of 1000 feet per second and a muzzle energy of 400 foot pounds.
