Gel test Results
As you hunt for the best self-defense 22 Magnum (WMR) ammo, we thought you might enjoy seeing the results of some testing we recently conducted with calibrated Clear Ballistics gelatin.
We shot five of these CCI Ammunition rounds through a four-layer cloth barrier using a Ruger LCR. The results are detailed in the video you see above as well as the photographs. Through the charts, you should get a great idea how this CCI Ammunition ammo stacked up relative to other 22 Magnum (WMR) ammo products available to American shooters.

CCI always works in my S&W 648 revolver. Never had any kind of failure. 3 other brands tested, and each had at least 3 failure to fire out of 50 round box. CCI definitely has the best primer out there....and very accurate.
