What makes a 9mm NATO a 9mm NATO? A higher chamber pressure! This round’s normal 124 grain full metal jacket projectile is accelerated to a relatively high muzzle velocity, so it produces more recoil, hugs a flatter trajectory, and retains comparably more kinetic downrange.

Although 9mm NATO isn’t classified as an overpressure cartridge, you’d still safely treat it as such. Make sure you don’t run this ammo through a firearm that isn’t rated for +P or else you risk destroying it.
