750rds – 5.56x45 Turan 55gr. FMJ Ammo
Turan 55 Grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) Ammo Details
In Animal House, Dean Vernon Wormer said "Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son." We disagree with that sentiment, for personal reasons, but we do offer similar advice of our own: “Having no 5.56x45mm ammo is no way to go through life, son.”Do you currently have no 5.56 ammo? Tsk tsk! Better order one case of Turan, which is loaded with nonmagnetic 55 grain full metal jacket projectiles, never-before-chambered reloadable brass cases, 100% noncorrosive Boxer primers, and clean-burning double-base propellant. It’s basically Turkish-made M193, and firing it at the range is way more fun than being thin or smart. (Never operate a firearm under the influence.)
This ammunition is made by Turan. It’s an admittedly newer operation: founded in Üzümlü, Turkey in 1997, where it began actually producing ammo 10 years later. But Turan is gaining a lot of traction in the international market, and that’s largely because their ISO 9001 certified factory produces C.I.P. spec ammunition that really and truly does go bang when you pull the bang switch.
