Each of these 600 round cases of 5.56x45mm comes loaded with five of PMC's polyurethane Battle Packs; these soft-shell containers protect their contents from humidity, moisture, and debris during storage and have built-in carrying handles for simple transportation. When you cut open one of the MRE-like packages, you'll find six separate 20-round boxes which make for easy stacking and consumption counts.

These X-TAC cartridges are manufactured to NATO M855 specification and utilize a 62 grain full metal jacket (FMJ) projectile with a mild steel core. The bullet's profile includes a boat tail rear for in-flight stability and a ribbed cannelure at its crimp surface which offers consistent accuracy by keeping the bullet firmly in its seat. The projectiles are loaded into annealed brass casings which possesses great material integrity for reloading use. Each cartridge is ignited by a non-corrosive, reliable Boxer primer.
