This ammunition is exclusively designed for rifled bore shotguns.Browning designed this 12 Gauge sabot slug shotgun shell to provide the accuracy and the commanding takedown performance you need to bag any deer that has the misfortune of crossing your path. The .58 caliber slug is cradled by a high-density plastic sabot that ensures it receives adequate gyroscopic stability before it clears the muzzle at a rate of 1,600 fps. The solid copper slug’s uniform weight distribution and ballistically efficient polymer tip both enhance its accuracy even further!
The monolithic slug’s polymer tip forces its way down into its nose cavity throughout penetration. It forces the slug to fan out six flat, curling petals that devastate any tissues they plow into. The copper slug’s superior ductility also supplies effectively deep penetration on medium game.
