Fiocchi Ammunition 158 Grain Total Metal Jacket (TMJ) Ammo Details

These premium .357 Magnum loads from Fiocchi are an ideal choice for the discerning wheel-gunner who's looking to practice as well as compete. Each round comes loaded with a complete metal jacket projectile with a flat point (CMJ-FP); this bullet style is comparable to well recognized truncated cone or the semi-wadcutter without the sharp shoulder. CMJ-FP projectiles have their lead cores completely encapsulated by the jacket which keeps heavy metal residue from entering your revolver or lungs. That makes these rounds great for extended sessions and matches at indoor ranges. With a 158 grain weight, this load mirrors the most popular match-grade and personal defense choices of the caliber.

The slanted wall of these CMJ-FP rounds makes cylinder loading very smooth and easy while the flat point up front helps create clear, distinguished holes in paper and cardboard targets. Whether you shoot NRA Bullseye or a more modern sport, these "cookie-cutter" type holes can reach farther than the typical tears and burn rings in order to net you a better score. These cartridges also possess cleaning igniting Boxer primers and reloadable brass casings which are crimped to the toothed cannelure of each bullet in order to prevent dislodging caused by recoil and deliver consistent accuracy.

Fiocchi Munizioni is an Italian manufacturer with a close relationship to the shooting community and experience dating back to 1876. Three fourths of their pistol rounds sold to United States citizens are produced at Fiocchi's facility in Missouri where they are subjected to strenuous lot testing for remarkable quality control.

Just what the doctor ordered. Buying ammo locally is quick and expensive. But buying online at ammunitiontogo.com, was so money saving and really quick. In the real world a few days was so minor compared to the big savings. I’ll do it again in other calibers.
