I’m still not convinced about the .223 and 5.56 , I have .223 ammo that has more velocity, more energy than any 5.56 has, even double tap has more velocity and energy in .223 than any 5.56 , it’s not bullet lead , or small space between bullet and rifling , it’s been proven that the .223 is more accurate can you give me your opinion

This is great shooting ammo. Clean, consistent, and accurate enough. it's probably more accurate than I can shoot, but I've not taken the time to really give it a go. It works in all my ARs and that's what counts. Great price on great ammo.
