A lot of AR-15 guys have never heard of “M193” before, and assume it must be something odd or esoteric. That couldn’t be further from the facts! It’s actually loaded to the most popular specifications for target shooting: 55 grain full metal jacket, 3,240 fps muzzle velocity out of a 20” barrel. Perfect if you prescribe to the “KISS” philosophy of ammunition.

A lot of AR-15 guys also aren’t familiar with the AQA brand. To be sure, this 5.56x45 ammo is none of the following:

• Reloaded - Armscor loads this ammo with factory-fresh brass. The cases in our photos have Armscor Precision (“AP”) headstamps, although we cannot guarantee the manufacturer of the brass you will actually receive.

• Corrosive - AQA exclusively loads noncorrosive Boxer primers, and always has.

• Magnetic - This ammo conforms to M193 specs. Its bullets are accordingly made of nonferromagnetic lead and copper alloys.

AQA packages this ammo loose. All 500 rounds are jumbled together inside a plastic bag inside of a cardboard box. It requires minimal storage space that way!
