Remington Golden Saber 38 Special +P Ammo - 125 Grain JHP – 500 Rounds

Remington is one of the most respected names in ammunition, and their Golden Saber line delivers high-level self-defense performance you can count on. Remington Golden Saber self-defense rounds feature a unique jacket hollow point (JHP) projectile. The high performance jacket is constructed entirely of cartridge brass. Thicker than the standard copper jacket, this design allows controlled energy release over longer distances.

Special spiral cut jacket notches promote impressive projectile mushrooming at lower velocities without sacrificing valuable penetration. These bullets easily punch through thick clothing and light barriers without significant deflection or premature expansion.

Each of these 500 .38 Special rounds utilizes low flash powder, a non-corrosive boxer primer, and a reloadable nickel-plated brass casing. Nickel-plated brass allows for a longer storage life, seamless feeding and extraction, and easy identification as a duty or defense load.

Each round produces a muzzle velocity of 975 feet per second and a muzzle energy 264 foot pounds. These +P overpressure rounds are a smart option for defense in large .357 Magnum revolvers or rifles, especially in circumstances where less recoil is an asset.
