500rds - 223 Hornady 75gr. Steel Match BTHP Ammo

Hornady Ammunition 75 Grain Hollow Point Ammo Details

Hornady Steel Match ammunition delivers famous Hornady quality and performance, but at an affordable price point, saving you as much as 40 percent compared to traditional brass cased match ammunition. Hornady has built a well-deserved reputation for manufacturing some of the most accurate and consistent ammunition available to the modern shooter. Their Steel Match ammo is no exception. Don’t let the price tag fool you.

This new production .223 Remington ammunition features 75 grain Hornady boat tail hollow point projectiles. These are the same projectiles used in Hornady brass cased match line ammunition. With a boat tail teardrop design, these high-quality projectiles are engineered to lower drag coefficient, produce flatter trajectories, and increase downrange accuracy.

Featuring non-corrosive Berdan primers, polymer-coated steel cases, and the same high-tech propellants used in their match line, these affordable target loads shoot as accurately as Hornady’s brass-cased rounds, allowing you to put in more practice time without putting a major strain on your bank account.

Each of these 500 rounds produces a consistent muzzle velocity of 2790 feet per second and a muzzle energy of 1296 foot pounds.
