Any threat you neutralize with this Federal Punch ammunition isn’t likely to have quite as high praise for the 10mm. This round is loaded with a 200 grain bullet like Lt. Col. Cooper intended, but its muzzle velocity is 100 fps lower than his original design. So much the better. It means slightly less recoil, and still plenty of stopping power to handle any attacker at hand. And thanks to its notched jacket rim and effective nose cavity, the jacketed hollow point readily expands following impact throughout the 10mm’s normal effective range.
