This package contains 30 rounds of Winchester 45 ACP "T" training ammunition. Each 230 grain FMJ bullet leaves the muzzle at a velocity of 850 feet per second with 369 foot pounds of energy.

The system makes it easy to train with a full metal jacket (FMJ) range round almost ballistically identical to a jacketed hollow point (JHP) self-defense round.
