I was just reading on another site about an 22-250 whether or not it was a viable gun for deer hunting. Last year I lost my wife February 5th my best friend 3 weeks before that to a dog that drug him down and he hit his head on the pavement and his sister a month before that fell in her kitchen and broke her neck and starved to death but I received this 22 250 and it was much lighter than my other rifles so I loaned my daughter my 30-30 which I always carried and had a 308 Winchester I had plenty of guns but I tried this rifle out and I was really impressed by it. I had three deer come in behind the house about 150 yards and I squeezed off on the first one and it dropped just down it went and the second one and the third one they both had ran but the second one didn't go very far. I pulled the rifle up and squeezed and that one went down. Well I was thinking my daughter's freezer is going to be full and that silly deer the other one walk back in just and then one shot I put that one down it may have ran 15 yards so anyone that says that 22 250 is not capable then they're not capable but that's just my opinion.

Used this last winter for coyotes.Fast, flat, and really slaps them down with a solid chest hit.My Model 700 ADL will keep them right at an inch.Good ammo for the price.Seems to buck the wyoming wind well.Good ammo for the price
