Sellier & Bellot Ammunition 124 Grain Jacketed Hollow-Point (JHP) Ammo Details

The 357 Sig has many blessings: high muzzle velocity, flat trajectory, great energy transferral, and a bright muzzle flash that a lot of cops say works great to freeze a threat dead in their tracks (if the bullet doesn’t do it first). The 357 Sig’s biggest drawback is the relative lack of ammo, but Sellier & Bellot of the Czech Republic is working to remedy that.

This round’s 124 grain bullet is designed solely for self-defense. Its copper-zinc alloy jacket is contoured for effortless feeding in a semi-auto as well as hard enough to penetrate deeply. As this bullet meets with resistance from soft tissue it will mushroom outward, transferring great energy in the process – over 500 ft lbs at distances shorter than about 24 yards. The bullet’s peppy 1,476 fps muzzle velocity means it shouldn’t drop by a full inch until about 34 yards, so it’s pretty easy to put through a bullseye!

Sellier & Bellot solely loads brass cases, non-corrosive Boxer primers, and clean burning propellant. Whether you would use this ammo for target practice, stockpile it in the event of future lunacy, or load it directly into your EDC’s mag, S&B should have you all taken care of!

This ammo is incompatible with 357 Magnum revolvers.
