A muzzle velocity of 2,230 fps out of a 16” test barrel? That’s over 1,000 fps faster than the speed of sound. You’re going to smash that sonic barrier every time you pull the trigger, even if your SBR’s barrel is extra S. You’re also going to behold that nice, flat trajectory supersonic velocity uniquely bestows. By Magtech’s own measure, the 0.330 G1 BC bullet drops -8.8” 100 yards down from a 100-yard zero. Velocity retention at 300 yards is 70%. Not bad for a full metal jacket!

The FMJ is the most practical bullet there is for regular target shootin’. Its only remarkable features are its lead core and copper/zinc alloy jacket, which make it incapable of doing anything of note to a magnet.

Magtech doesn’t reload cases for this ammo. Each brass shell is new, and outfitted with a sealed noncorrosive Boxer primer to take care of the bang bit.
