That same technology is incorporated into their slugs for civilian big game hunters. The Lightfield Hybred EXP has amazing inflight ballistics allowing for consistent accuracy to 150 yards and beyond. These high-performance slugs also achieve enough energy retention to take down even the toughest and largest North American game animals.
This package contains 25 rounds of Lightfield Hybred EXP 12 gauge ammunition. Each 2 ¾ inch shotgun shell is loaded with a 1 1/4 oz (546 grain) hourglass-shaped, 99 percent pure lead slug. Featuring a post wad and double spring design, the anatomy of these highly-effective big game rounds creates a wedge, expanding the wad outward allowing the sabot to fit perfectly into any rifled or smoothbore 12-gauge shotgun.
This new production ammunition effectively increases the long range-accuracy and hard-hitting terminal energy of any shotgun. Each slug leaves the muzzle at an impressive velocity of 1450 feet per second with 2549 foot pounds of powerful game-dropping energy.
