Everyone loves a magnum 12 Gauge shotshell. Harnessing all that power is always a real treat. But it’s just as much fun when you go in the other direction. That’s why we reckon everyone would love Aguila Minishell ammo, too!

This is a genuine 12 Gauge shotshell, and it is ready for action in any shotgun (though it will not cycle a semi-auto, and it may not feed from a pump-action’s tube unless a special aftermarket adapter is in place). The shell will send 5/8 ounces of shot – seven pellets of #4 buckshot, and four pellets of #1 buckshot – at a muzzle velocity of 1,200 fps. That’s a coyote killer, to be sure.

Minishell ammo is an excellent pick if you’re doing all you can to reduce recoil and muzzle flip. It’s also swell if you’re trying to reduce the amount of noise you make. Although it is weaker than normal, this ammo is quite useful for home defense. It’ll help you keep your barrel trained on the threat, avoid becoming deafened by report, and even let you fire more shots without having to pause to reload!
