Loaded with Golden Saber brass-jacketed hollow point projectiles, these new production 9mm Luger (also known as 9x19 Parabellum) rounds deliver big gun performance for shorter-barreled handguns. Golden Saber projectiles are designed to expand even at lower velocities while still producing powerful terminal energy transfer. Golden Saber BJHPs also provide deep penetration and massive expansion even through heavy clothing, making them highly effective for self-defense.
Each round produces a muzzle velocity of 1100 feet per second and a muzzle energy of 333 foot pounds. These factory fresh cartridges are non-corrosive, boxer primed, and feature nickel-plated brass cases for smooth and reliable feeding, function, and extraction. Each package contains 20 rounds.

I tried these in another caliber - .380 acp. They expanded as advertised out of a Taurus TCP with a 2.75 inch barrel into my own tests using wet magazines. These do expand well and will penetrate in guns with barrels shorter than 3.5 inches.
