I started shooting this ammo about 3 years ago and for the money and the controlled rate of expansion with the knockdown power. This ammo is great for any animal you wish to tackle; deer, elk, moose, bear. Not preferred for coyotes but some people would if they need to dispose of some nuisance. Again this ammo has great velocity, recoil is minimal, and knockdown power with the controlled expansion hands down my favorite ammo
