20rds – 50 Beowulf Underwood 300gr. Bonded JHP Ammo

Underwood Ammo 300 Grain Jacketed Hollow-Point (JHP) Ammo Details

Hogs, bucks, and elk are hearty beasts. To hunt them you need just as hearty a bullet. This 50 Beowulf cartridge’s 300 grain bullet is nothing but, as its alloyed lead core features an electrochemically bonded jacket. Because the bullet’s components are as close to being one and the same as it’s possible to achieve, it sheds virtually none of its weight as it burrows deeply through your rugged quarry’s body.

This round’s bullet is also a hollow point, with a wide nose cavity that is strategically weakened to promote rapid, uniform expansion. The energy such a bullet disperses, especially in consideration of its whopping 2,533 ft lbs muzzle energy, will bring virtually any game down in an instant, and so wide a wound channel has a far better chance of overlapping with a vital organ.

This round features a new production and perfectly reloadable brass shell casing. The first time you fire it will be special, however, because Underwood utilizes a special low flash propellant. When you fire this round at night, the muzzle flash it produces won’t be sufficient to blind your sensitive eyesight, thus depriving you of your ability to fire accurate follow-up shots. A must if you hunt hogs by night!
