This package contains 20 rounds of Speer Gold Dot .480 Ruger ammunition. Each cartridge is loaded with a heavy 275 grain jacketed hollow point (JHP) projectile. Manufactured using Speer’s patented process, these hollow points are formed in two stages. First, the lead core is pre-fluted to define the "fault" lines of expansion. This results in superior weight retention and reliability. The second part of the process finishes the formation of the cavity and controls the rate of terminal expansion. This unique design allows bullet to penetrate deeper before initiating expansion.
This ammunition is factory fresh and features clean-burning propellants for consistent chamber pressures, non-corrosive CCI primers for reliable performance, and nickel plated brass cases for smooth feeding and function.
