20rds – 44 Mag Armscor USA 240gr. SJHP Ammo Details
The 44 Magnum didn’t use to be very popular. Then a certain movie about a gruff, roguish cop came out in 1971. That’s right, folks. I’m talking about Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, in which the titular character cleans up the streets of San Francisco using his S&W Model 29.Here’s some nice candy for your own Model 29, or whichever other 44 Mag revolver or lever gun you’ve got on your mind. It’s loaded with 240 grain semi-jacketed hollow point bullets: not so dearly priced that you’ll balk at the prospect of firing them at the range, but also designed to expand so as to more effectively neutralize a threat or kill medium game. The SJHP’s nose profile is flat as a bar coaster, and will sit contentedly inside a tubular magazine.
We have heard empty shell casings referred to as “pieces of candy” as well, by handloaders. If you are one of them, then you will most certainly want to keep this American-made ammo’s cases after you empty them.
