Remington’s High Terminal Performance series ammunition is no new thing, and has clobbered untold numbers of medium game across the country already. Big Green has only just started offering it in 41 Mag form, which means you can finally recruit that same trusted performance out in the field (or at home, should a malevolent interloper appear there).

This cartridge’s bullet is a 210 grain jacketed soft point, which has the flat nose profile that lever guns like. Its jacket lets the JSP engage with the rifling without fouling it up very much, as well as conserve most of its weight as it stabs deep into the target. Its unjacketed tip enables the JSP to fan out wide. An HTP bullet can easily double its diameter as it throws massive energy all around itself!
