The company has served several law enforcement, private security agencies and military forces over the years. And now that Silver State Armory is owned by Nosler, they get all the Ballistic Tip bullets they need to load this one and only 300 Blackout hunting ammo.This round’s bullet has a whole lot going for it. Its 220 grain weight does make it subsonic. It’ll come out of a barrel with a softer report – even softer, if it comes out of a suppressor – and avoid transonic destabilization altogether. Its sleek polymer tip and deformation resistant base both make their own contributions to the Ballistic Tip’s accuracy as well. The bullet’s copper jacket grows progressively thicker toward its base, which ensures higher weight retention, deeper penetration, and more uniform overall terminal expansion.
