It doesn’t matter if you have a suppressor or not. Federal’s Subsonic ammunition is quieter than normal either way, because its heavy, inert, and slow-moving 190 grain bullets fall seriously short of breaking the sound barrier on ignition.

The bullet’s not just accurate because it’s so heavy (a feature which increases wind resistance, albeit at the cost of a droopier trajectory). It’s also an aerodynamic polymer-tipped projectile, complete with a rotationally stable bonded jacket. That latter feature helps the bullet remain more intact as it presses a deep wound channel into the quarry. The quarry’s odds of surviving its encounter with you will not be improved by the Fusion Tipped projectile’s reliable low-velocity terminal expansion.
