Each factory fresh .222 Remington cartridge is loaded with a 40 grain ballistic tipped hollow point projectile. Designed by industry leader Nosler, these high-performance bullets use an aerodynamic polymer tip and a boat tail design to defy crosswinds and increase long-range accuracy.

Nosler Ballistic Tip bullets are engineered with a tough tapered copper jacket that surrounds a lead alloy core. The heavier jacketed base acts as a platform to support massive terminal mushrooming. These high-performance projectiles deliver amazing accuracy, monumental terminal expansion, deep penetration, and hard-hitting weight retention.

Perfect for varmints, this boxer primed ammunition features reloadable brass cases. Leaving the muzzle at a blistering velocity of 3450 feet per second, each round produces 1057 foot pounds of muzzle energy.
