Federal Ammunition 180 Grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) Ammo Details

We often misuse raw materials. We’ve heard many times that we squander our finite supply of helium on brightly colored balloons instead of more practical industrial applications. Likewise, we waste untold amounts of aluminum on frivolities like airplanes instead of shell casings. At least we’ve got this 40 S&W cartridge by Federal: affordable, lightweight, and rustproof, and only at the cost of being non-reloadable.

This round will let you go all day at the range if you care to. Its 180 grain projectile provides recoil comparable to a self-defense load’s, and its full metal jacket will cause neither jamming nor rapid barrel leading. (What it won’t do is neutralize a target as effectively as a hollow point, however.) This round shoots even cleaner thanks both to its non-corrosive Boxer primer and specially formulated propellant, and is fit for long-term storage as well. Federal pours great quality into even their more affordable products!
