200rds – 308 Win Igman 147gr. FMJ Ammo

Igman Ammunition 147 Grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) Ammo Details

Igman d.d. Konjic is majority-owned by the government of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Their ammunition is military-grade, and exceedingly useful for any kind of shooting you expect to get into at the rifle range!

This 308 Win ammunition is loaded with tried-and-true 147 grain full metal jacket projectiles. A bullet like that is certainly going to punish anything it hits, although we would never recommend a non-expanding FMJ for taking medium-sized game like whitetail. Igman’s FMJ projectiles are steel-free, so you can take them to any range without a heightened risk of damaging their equipment or spreading dangerous sparks around.

In addition to nonmagnetic bullets, Igman loads new production brass cases. If you notice discoloration around their cases’ shoulders, that is only because Igman heat-treated them for added durability without bothering to polish them afterward. The discoloration is thus only cosmetic. These rounds’ Boxer primers are also non-corrosive, so there’s no need to draw a hot bath for your rifle as soon as you get it back home!
