This high-grade 22 LR cartridge from Winchester’s nearly century-old Super-X label features a 40 grain CPHP. Although modeled after the Power-Point, the bullet wears copper plating instead of a full gilding metal jacket, which still serves to keep a firearm’s riflings effective for longer in between cleanings. The bullet’s terminal performance does indeed resemble that of the classic Power-Point, boasting maximum expansion that makes it effective for hunting squirrels and other pest creatures. This round’s 1,280 fps muzzle velocity gives the bullet plenty of energy to work with following impact, and makes it highly accurate as well.

You can tell that Winchester has made a special 22 LR cartridge when they put it in a reusable plastic container. Was a good experience, needed more plinking stock, saved a encounter with the masses by having it delivered by Mail. Plan to restock my doomsday locker soon with more amo, 357, 38', 308, 45,the whole bunch without stepping outside the house! "Shoot um up."
