1000rds – 9mm Red Army Standard 115gr. FMJ Ammo

Red Army Standard 115 Grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) Ammo Details

Century Arms imports their Red Army Standard label ammunition all the way from the Tula Cartridge Plant in Russia. The giant, snowy country is well known in the shooting world for their steel cased ammo, which is inexpensive to produce relative to the more conventional brass cased type. (We have heard tell that the Russian government also prefers to keep their citizens from handloading so they can keep closer tabs on how much ammo is in circulation.)

This round’s casing features a thin layer of polymer, which not only promotes proper functionality in a semi-automatic weapon, but further staves off rust during storage. The round’s primer, a Berdan, is also non-corrosive, so this case makes for a good long-term investment.

This round’s 115 grain projectile is the lightest you’re going to find in a conventional factory load. Its rounded profile is economical to achieve, promotes smooth feeding, and delivers powerful energy on impact. The bullet’s gilding metal jacket will protect your bore’s riflings from gradually losing their ability to stabilize.
