Some people don’t like bulk-packaged 9mm ammo. They’re used to little 50 round boxes – presumably because their stringy biceps are too atrophied to pick up 29 pounds of ammo in a single mighty heft. But you have arms like mature redwood tree trunks, so you don’t have that problem.Independence is a subsidiary brand of Vista Outdoor, and this 9mm ammunition is made at the same Idahoan factory that Speer ammo hails from. These are target loads, with non-expanding and nonmagnetic full metal jacket projectiles. The 115 grain bullets contain less lead and are accordingly cheaper to produce than alternative 124 and 147 grain projectiles. They also achieve supersonic velocity before they continue along their flat trajectories.
Independence ammunition is loaded with brand new brass cases, making it a fine investment for any handloader, as well as the non-corrosive Boxer primers and low-residue propellant you need to keep your pistol or PCC cleaner during your target shooting sessions.
